If you've got no patience, I'd suggest avoiding these jerks.

I placed an order for an EUC through eWheels. The whole process was smooth, and my wheel showed up super quick. Sadly, the product broke down within a month of getting it. However, eWheels provided me with all the tools I needed for the repair and kept responding to my emails throughout. No questions asked! I highly recommend buying from eWheels and will definitely do it again down the line.

At 81 years old and dealing with a disability, this WE-36 scooter has truly changed my life. I rely on it to visit stores, doctors, and friends whenever I feel like it. Without it, I’d just be stuck at home all day. Big thanks for my WE-36 scooter!

The team at eWheels is definitely NOT a bunch of scam artists, and their customer service is top-notch. I have complete faith in them and how they run their business. I've been really happy with the various EUCs I've bought from them, and the support I've gotten afterward has been great. Not long ago, one of my wheels had a controller board fail, and they still helped me out even though I was technically out of warranty. Sure, I had to cover the cost of the board, but they hooked me up with a discount because they're just that good! If you're looking to buy a Chinese wheel, good luck getting warranty service in the USA - eWheels has got our backs and really stands up for US customers with the manufacturers over in China. eWheels is fantastic, and I'm planning to grab a Sherman from them real soon.

I've bought a couple of unicycles over the past two years from eWheels. The second one had a major issue, but they quickly repaired it under warranty at no cost.

If it were possible to give 10 stars, I totally would. The support for customers is just amazing. They genuinely look after their clients. The items they offer are also top-notch. Whenever you have a question, they’re quick to respond. Just brilliant folks and really great products.

These folks are nothing but scam artists. Finding their return policy is a real chore, and it’s worded in such a tricky way that it’s tough to grasp. The moment you crack open the box they send, it’s like waving goodbye to any chance of returning it.

Sure, a lot of folks are grumbling that Amazon is driving them out with low prices and speedy delivery on a huge range of products. But let’s not forget, their return policy is top-notch. You only need to get burned once by a company like ewheels over a $1,000 scooter to appreciate how crucial a solid returns policy is.

Do yourself a favor and don’t give these scam artists at ewheels your hard-earned cash. It just keeps them afloat a bit longer to swindle more unsuspecting customers before they finally go belly up.

Outstanding Assistance. I'm super happy I got my Solowheel from this place instead of the official website. Jason was really nice, approachable, quick to respond, and helped me out with all my concerns.

On the flip side, the official support did return my call after three days of trying to reach them.
